Leïla Doukali

Since 2019, Ms. Leïla Doukali has been the national president of the Association of Women Business Leaders of Morocco (AFEM), founded in 2000 and with 200 members. A graduate in management and international relations from the University of Sorbonne (Paris), Ms. Doukali has more than two decades of business experience, including the management of the family group and her own company, Variations (Gérard Darel and Pablo) in the fashion field. She is committed to helping women entrepreneurs achieve greater success and cultivates a passion for mobilizing everyone to create jobs, unlock opportunity and develop infrastructure.
