Jen is a serial social entrepreneur who has founded or helped establish more than 30 social impact organisations in more than 20 countries.
Jen founded Big White Wall in 2007. She has twice been named one of the top 50 innovators in healthcare by the Health Service Journal and one of the 14 Disruptive Women to Watch in 2014 by Disruptive Women in Health Care. Most recently, she was honoured as a Schwab Foundation Social Entrepreneur of Year for 2015 by the sister organisation of the World Economic Forum for her work in sustainable social change, and was named The Worshipful Company of Information Technologists Social Entrepreneur of the Year 2015.
