In 2005, Huguette co-founded First & Future Enterprise (F&F) along with her business partner Annie Tuluka. Through this venture, they opened the first independent call center in the Democratic Republic of Congo – Congo Call Center. Today, F&F has over 350 employees, manages a portfolio of 10 clients, and generates annual revenues of approximately US$ 2.3 million. Huguette is originally from the DRC and obtained her Masters’ in Business and Commercial Science from ICHEC and in Interior Architecture from Saint Luc in Belgium. During her studies, she worked, and first gained experience, in call centers. Prior to founding F&F, she worked for Solar Energy and Vodacom and has served on the management team as treasurer of the Federation of Congolese Enterprises’ Department of Female Entrepreneurship.
