Helene Speight has served as Ambassador for The Prince’s Trust for a number of years, where she has hosted their Celebrate Success Awards. She also works as the HR Director of the Formula E Championship, the fully-electric racing series, and oversees the recruitment and development of a talented and diverse team, who continue to deliver safe and successful events in cities across the globe. In this post, she also manages Formula E’s sustainability strategy. Helene started her career in finance before joining global giant General Electric, where she spent nine years in several senior commercial roles - including General Manager of an industrial operations division, overseeing and leading the management of 11 sites worldwide. In 2008, she was a finalist in “Apprentice” hosted by Lord Alan Sugar. Helene is an occasional lecturer at Henley Business School and a personal mentor with prestigious clients, such as the Royal Household.
