Donald Kaberuka

Co-Chair of the Council on State Fragility

Donald Kaberuka is Co-Chair of the Council on State Fragility, alongside former President of Liberia Ellen Johnson Sirleaf and former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom David Cameron. Convened under the auspices of the International Growth Centre, the council aims to bring frontier research, policy knowledge, and practical experience together to influence implementation of effective growth policies in fragile environments. Kaberuka is also Co-Chair of the United Nations High Level-Panel on Internal Displacement. He was formerly the President of the African Development Bank (2005-2015), and the Minister of Finance and Economic Planning in Rwanda (1997-2005).
